Air Canada launched Zip Air on August 08, 2002.  Zip Air is to be the Air Canada low cost carrier in the west, initially operating between YVR, YYC, YEG and YWG.  This is a "new" unique airline.

Zip Air requires specific OSI fields in the PNR that will enable
RES III (Air Canada's hosted reservation system) to do electronic ticketing.  An agent attempting to end a PNR without the specific OSI fields will receive an error message and no ticket will be issued.  This script is to ensure successful ticketing of newly created bookings.

This download will only work if Scriptwriter Plus Run is loaded on the workstation.

To Download

1. Close Focalpoint, Relay and any other open applications. (except your internet connection)

2. Click the "Download" button below to start the download.

3. When asked to save or open the program, choose open (or run from current location), and then click OK.

4. At the "Security Warning" message, click Yes. 
   Follow the prompts to install.

5. After the update, click Finish.
