Reader® must be installed on the computer in order to view
and/or print the Galileo e-Agent for Focalpoint User
Guide. If it is not installed, it can be downloaded (free of
charge) by clicking the Get Acrobat® Reader®
icon at the bottom of the page.

file from its current location.

Downloading
Galileo e-Agent
Use the
following steps to download the Galileo e-Agent application to
Focalpoint:
- Close Focalpoint.
- Click the Download button below to start the
download.
The File Download dialog box appears.
- Select the Save option.
The Save As dialog box appears.
- To save the file to your desktop, click the
down-arrow on the Save in: textbox, select Desktop, and click
Save.
A progress dialog box, indicating estimated time left to download
the application, appears.
- If the Download Complete dialog box appears,
click Close.
