You can include information for more than one passenger in a business or person file.  Client identifiers distinguish passenger information and associate their specific data to their PNR. Use the C identifier in a PRO-file line to distinguish information for each client.

Include information for multiple passengers.

Notes:   A maximum of nine client identifiers (C1-C9) may be used in one profile.

When you create a profile line with client identifiers and secondary qualifiers, insert the client identifier after the transfer code (Y,O,R,N) but before the secondary qualifier (H,P, etc) (e.g., 4OC2P/P:YTOR/416 987-1234.

When passenger and segment-related data is included for multiple clients, profile lines should be created combining an R transfer code with the specific client identifier (e.g., 9RC1M/MT*AA123456789).

Building PRO-files with Increased Line Capacity

The maximum number of lines per PRO-file increases with PRO-file Plus form 128 to 200. When you create PRO-files, you should organize lines to allow full use of the increased capacity and make data easier to find and move.

Suggested Guidelines for Using Increased Line Capacity

Separate general business from client specific information

Use the same client identifier (e.g., C1) to define all PRO-file lines for a specific client.

Cluster all information for a passenger in the same section of the PRO-file.

Create the first line of each new passenger related section on lines of similar numerical increments (e.g. every 25 lines).

Note: New PRO-file lines can be inserted and existing lines can be rearranged during the build process.
