Before You Use Selective Access
You must contact your Account Manager
before attempting to use Selective Access.
With Selective Access, you can form business relationships with other
Apollo agencies and still control access to your information. You define
which date can be seen, and by whom, right down to the specific PNR level.
Six Basic Steps to Set Up Selective Access

Agreement File Formats
The agreement File defines the basic
agreement between your agency and the agency with which you do business.
You must create an Agreement File for each agreement you enter into.

Customizer File Formats
Customizer Files amend basic Agreement
Files by specifying which information may or may not be accessed. You can
use Customizer Files to give access to specific agents, PNRs or PRO-files,
and define which queues are used. You can attach only one Customizer Files
per Agreement File.

Formats
You log all agreements in
the Permission File. Apollo builds only one Permission file for your
agency. You maintain it by adding or deleting agreements.
Until both parties log the agreement, Selective Access cannot be used.

Special Affiliate
Processing allows you, as Headquarters, to make a single Apollo entry to
update each affiliate member's Permission Files. Each pseudo city in
the affiliate must designate you as Headquarters before you can update
their Permission Files using Special Affiliate Processing.
