CarMaster Customer Service

The policy of Galileo International is to assist our customers with CarMaster issues relating to Rate Discrepancies, No Shows, and No Records (norec) of Reservation.   Below is a brief explanation of the topics that Apollo will intercede with the vendor on your behalf.   

Rate Discrepancy  Client is billed a higher rate than the guaranteed rate in the Apollo PNR.  Please access Apollo and Type: S*CAR/RATE DISCREPANCY

No Show  Client is billed for a canceled car reservation.  Please access Apollo and Type: S*CAR/NO SHOW

No Record  Car vendor cannot locate the Apollo Reservation upon check-in.  Please access Apollo and Type: S*CAR/NO RECORD

Guidelines and Required Documentation
The reservation must not be over six months old.
A copy of the credit card bill must be faxed to 1 800 291-1009.
All requests will be acknowledged within 2 days of receipt with a reference number.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for a complete resolution.
