Discrepancy Reporting
We are pleased to
announce a new program that will provide an on-line process to report Car
information discrepancies in Apollo directly to the Atlanta Customer Support
Center. There are some basic requirements to review to ensure that this
process works effectively for proper discrepancy reporting and escalation.
Guidelines and Procedures

All applicable fields
must be completed – this will enable the ACSC to validate and report the
discrepancy |
 |
Please provide as much
information as possible. Mandatory fields are indicated by an
asterisk. The description field should be used to supply any additional
information that may help inresearch and
resolution of the reported issue. |

Rate issues should not
be reported using this method. |
 |
No Show Billings, Rate
Discrepancies and No Record issues should not be reported via this method.
