Automated Fare Discrepancy Reporting

We are pleased to announce a new program that will provide an on-line process to report fare discrepancies in Apollo directly to the Atlanta Customer Support Center. There are some basic requirements to review to ensure that this process works effectively for proper discrepancy reporting and escalation. 

Guidelines and Procedures

  • All applicable fields must be completed – this will enable the ACSC to validate and report the discrepancy

  • Please provide as much information as possible.  Mandatory fields are indicated by an asterisk. The description field should be used to supply any additional information that may help in research and resolution of the reported issue.

  • PrivateFares I issues should not be reported using this method.

  • Internet fares issues should not be reported via this method.  Many airlines publish Internet fares that are not available through any GDS.

  • Once the form is completed  – a problem ticket will be created.  The problem ticket number will be returned automatically via email.

  • This is a fare discrepancy reporting process only.  Follow up telephone calls will not be made to advise requester of updates.

  • If a status is desired, it may be obtained by calling the ACSC with the problem ticket number requesting an update.
