All users MUST log out of CCT BEFORE running the database upgrade. After the CCT database has been upgraded, the workstations need to be updated BEFORE restarting CCT. Warning: The upgrade file is approx 8 MB in size, you may choose to download this file only once directly to a shared directory on your server, and then run it on each workstation. EXE file 8 MB Important Note Upon completion of this update you can simply identify that the installation has been successful by checking that your splash screen appears with the image as shown below. Depending upon your screen resolution, the left hand watermark may be partially hidden behind splash text and/or the far left hand border of the splash page.
