General Firewall Information
Firewall Specification Document- If there is a firewall present on your LAN, you need to refer to the firewall document for the settings necessary to connect to Galileo's host systems. (rev. 6/12/05, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Please note: Galileo does not provide support for customer owned firewalls. However, this document does provide the firewall settings and specifications necessary for Focalpoint®, Viewpoint™, Galileo Print Manager™, and Galileo Desktop™.
IMPORTANT!! Please note: It is the responsibility of the Agency to provide, install, and maintain virus detection software. Galileo shall not be held liable for any damage or disruption of service caused by virus infestation. Galileo strongly recommends the Agency contact a third party network security consultant to assess risks and add available firewall and other protections to prevent attacks from outside persons or entities.

ALERT: Windows XP Service Pack 2: If you have Windows XP and have loaded Service Pack 2 you may need to configure some modifications into your system in order to allow access to FocalpointNet.
