- There are links to commonly needed information in the left hand column of this web page.

- The local Travelport Help Desk.
- Some countries offer "extended services" and other fee based assistance. Generally, this type of assistance includes support for 3rd party software, advanced Travelport products or hardware and software which is outside the scope of regular local help desk support.
If this type of service is required and available in your country, your local help desk may refer you to suchh a group. You may also contact your local Account Executive or Account Manager for more details.
In the U.S., the extended service group may be contacted directly at 800-935-6634.
- Some support groups may provide remote assistance by using TeamViewer software. No Travelport employee has access to your computer without your permission, without your clicking on the TeamViewer link below, and without your granting access. Please do not click on this link unless instructed to do so.
|
TeamViewer - Travelport will ask you for the "password" from your screen in order to provide you with remote assistance.
Note, clicking the TeamViewer link without being directed to do so will not take you to a support person. | |
