This page provides links to a variety of Galileo products using various operating systems and platforms. Some of these platforms are currently considered non-standard and are, therefore, unsupported by the Help Desk (Apollo Customer Support Center).
You may also obtain technical support for some of these procedures for a fee by contacting the Apollo Extended Services Desk at 800-935-6634.
Travelport technical support staff may ask you if you are willing to allow them to view your computer. If you agree you may be asked to click one of the following links. Please do not click on either of these unless directed to do so.
- Citrix GoToAssist . You will be given a code by the technical support wotking with you after being directed to click this link.
- Galileo WebEX. You will be given the meeting name and meeting password after being directed to click this link.
Note, clicking either of these links without being directed to do so will display a web page, but you will not be able to proceed past the initial page. There is no support available through either of these links unless a support person working with you establishes a session and then gives you the codes and passwords.
