Frequently Accessed Items - All Most Customers Need
Software
Connection Methods

  • Galileo SSL - v01.00.0013.00 Release/Update May 1, 2010. This is the recommended method for remote employees and smaller offices
  • Site to Site VPN - This is often the preferred connection method for larger offices or connections from corporate networks.
  • Nortel VPN client software.
    Note, a stop sale has been placed on the use of the Nortel VPN Software. This is a legacy type connection and is not used by new customers. Existing customers using this type of connection may continue to do so until 3rd quarter 2010, but should consider migrating to either Galileo's SSL or Customer Managed VPN connection as soon as possible. Existing customers ordering new connections for remote employees will be provided a connection using Galileo SSL.
